Julian H. Council Sr.

Julian passed away on Friday, December 19, 2014. Julian was a resident of Chesapeake, Virginia at the time of his passing. He was married to Anne. The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at Great Bridge Baptist Church, 640 Battlefield Blvd., S., Chesapeake. Dr. Will Langford will officiate. The interment will follow in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:30 p.m., Monday at the church.
