Dear Greenland Family, It´s a sincere sadness to learn of Jay´s passing. Initially I knew Jay as a competent contractor and astute business professional. Over time the business relationship evolved into friendship. Jay was generous with his time, funny and a good source for sage advice about business and personal matters. I´ll always maintain a special fondness for memories of Jay and lovely Roberta. Hope your pain of loss is short and memories of Jay last a lifetime.

To the Greenlands, we are so sorry to hear of Jay passing, he was such a wonderful mentor and friend to so many. his work in the community, his business and BSCAI speaks volumes to how much he achieved.
