One of the best neighbors a kid could grow up with. There was always something happening at the Guariscos and Mr. Julian was always in the middle of it. From the cadillac adventure rides to the custom cookin it was always a blast in the neighbor hood. He has always been a leadership figure in my life and will be missed dearly.
