I didn't realize that Mr. Lecraw had died until today. I met him briefly in 2004 while giving a tour of the UGA Student Learning Center and again in Highlands several years later. He was a kind, thoughtful, and engaging person who I wish I could have gotten to known better. I know he is missed.

To all the LeCraw family - Julian LeCraw Sr was always kind to all of us children who were friends of the LeCraws. I remember him well, smiling and with always a kind word for us. Throughout our growing up years at North Avenue he was a leader and a man to look up to. We are so sad for your loss, but thankful he was here on earth to enrich all of our lives. Love and prayers for you all,
