Not sure what to say?

Dear Kay and Family, How I hurt for you. Having lost my Wayne 12 yrs ago I do feel your pain. I will pray for you to have healing and peace. I've had the privilege of hosting David in my home and being hosted by the Pardinis. Both were memorable. Miss my trips to San Francisco where I got to visit, even if briefly. Please accept my condolences and love.

It was with great anguish that I received the news of Julian's death. I will always remember Julian for the smile on his face, and as a wonderful role model to his family. My thoughts and prayers are with all of the Pardini family.

I am a longtime friend of Chuck and Mark, and want to express my deepest sympathy to Mr. Pardini's family. I know he'll be greatly missed.

It was an honor and pleasure to have known Julian and to be one of his long term tennants. We admired his spirit and positive attitude mostly in regard to dealing with the Multiple Myeloma. Our sncere sympathy to Kay and the family. He is now at peace.

The beautiful service today proved what I already knew: that Julian was loved by so many people. I will miss his wonderful sense of humor, but I know he has passed that quality (any many others) on to his six very special children. I have Julian and Kay to thank, for my four years at Sacred Heart Cathedral Prep. Julian was so generous and kind – I feel honored to have known him. With love and sympathy,

I met Mr. Pardini over 35 years ago as a boy scout. I was in the troop that most of his sons were in. The Pardinis were a real staple of Troop 17. As kids, his sons were a rambunctious and unforgettable lot in the best sort of way (all credit to the parents). I also fondly remember attending many of the infamous holiday parties on Arguello Street and seeing him when he would come to hear his son David read his work. He was such a genial host and a wonderful father – the perfect mix of...

Julian was my friend and brother, my long time attorney, and a guy that I could always trust to give me his best, no matter what the occasion. We have lost a precious and irreplaceable member of society.

What would the holiday's be without the infamous Pardini parties, through which Julian always threaded with invariable warmth, humor, and openness. I knew him mostly through his sons, David, Bobby and Mark. We will all miss him, and have the chance now to let a little of his example live on in us.

I hope it isn't inappropriate for someone who didn't know Julian Pardini personally to sign this guest book, but I feel compelled to because I have the pleasure of knowing his son, Robert Pardini. Having experienced Bobby's intelligent, charismatic, and genuine personality firsthand, I can only assume that he got much of that from his father. Julian must have been a truly incredible man. I know he will be missed.
