So so sad and sorry to hear it!!! Sgt. Major was the best Ever!!! I only met one other man as good as him, my Dad Jerry and Mr.Ulmer were 2 of the best men I've ever known. He was truly special and had a spunky dry humor, made me laugh. I am sorry I can't run into him again. He will be loved and missed by me for sure! With deepest sympathy, Eva Newman

Sgt Major Ulmer was a GREAT man. I have some great memories from ROTC. He was always someone you could talk to when you needed him. He will truly be missed by so many. My condolences to his family.
