Julie Ann Carter

Tommy and family:

I first met Julie when I went to work at the local SSA office in 1981. She was one of the sweetest persons that I have ever had the privilege of meeting. So gentle, loving and kind, patient beyond words and loved her husband and children so very, very much. She worked part-time so that she could give more of herself to her family. She was devoted to her job and worked so hard to get her work done so that it wouldn't get behind. She will be missed by you all...

My deepest sympathy is extended to all of the family at the passing of your loved one. Julie's memory is one that will remain because of her gentle and quiet spirit. I truly count it a blessing to have worked with her for 17 years prior to my transfer. In the days ahead, try to remember that there is no "death". Life goes on forever and ever.
