Julie was the sweetest, loving and warmest lady that I was honored to have known growing up. I wish her peace and send my condolences to her family. Julie was a great friend to my mom, Irene Fitz. They would help each other as their families grew on Kings Highway. Always remember Julie ringing a bell to call the boys home. Good neighbors, good friends the Chapman's.
