Julie & Bob were our favorite (and only!) Belfast Bradbury Street neighborhood landlords, and Julie was the no nonsense landlady in residence who always got it done when Bob was away, her 'irreverent wit' notwithstanding. Betsy and I both miss those Thanksgiving Turkey's on our deck, and the birds, too! Walking down town on art Fridays will never be the same without Julie's booming voice, glass of wine and her friendly laughter, echoing 'come again'!

To Julie's family- although I never met Julie I purchased several of her paintings and enjoy them every day. She was a painter's painter and so gifted in so many ways. I am sending my heartfelt condolences to the entire family. May your wonderful memories ease your sadness and lift your spirits. Godspeed Julie! Lexi Watson, Alexandria VA

Julie Is someone who is unforgettable. My daughters, when they were very little, participated in the childrens chorus with Julie. My daughter Emily took piano lessons from her. After piano lesson Julie would hoot and holler, give Emily big hugs and then grab a handful of pennies whatever was handy - once it was a ring ding pastry- as a present for playing so well! Emily is still playing the piano and singing and I will always think fondly of Julie for being so inspirational . Ti her family...

I'm sad and shocked to read about Julie's death as
I met her in the late 80s in Portsmouth. I will
always remember her vitality and singing and
painting talents. What a loss to our community.

Our family was heartbroken to hear the news of Julie's passing. Nurse Julie, as we knew her, was a rock at North Hampton school. She was vivacious, strong, fun and above all else kind! We never worried for our children, any of the children, while they were at school. Because we knew, beyond a shadow of a doubt, she was there to take care of them whenever they needed her. She always had their best interest at heart be it physical or mental health or even putting their best foot forward...

I always remember Julie as one "The Little Harbour" Mums. Her smile and tender heart will remain strong in my memory of her. Gone far too soon,I send my deepest sympathy to her loved ones.May her memory live on through those that knew and loved her most, and may those memories,in time, bring you all peace and joy. With love and sympathy, Cindy Barnes

I'm so sad to here of Julie's passing, I really enjoyed our talks and coming to your home to pick up Brianna, back in our Little Harbour days. What a wonderful and amazing person, . Please know your in our hearts and prayers , we are so very sorry .

To Julie
I remember your laugh, your beautiful singing voice, and your amazing ability to roll with it!
Your memory will be with us always- Rest In Peace Julie.
Your children will carry on your legacy of kindness and a true love for life.

Julie, Bob and their kids, my family, and the Lancaster's were Spring Street neighbors. I am sitting here in tears fondly remembering our summer afternoons sitting on the wall while our kids played in the street. It was a special time, a true neighborhood friendship with lots of love and laughs and wine and food. My favorite memory of Julie is from the day I found out I was pregnant with twins. When I went to her house to tell her, I was met with the most gleeful reaction and the biggest...
