I'm so very sorry your loss. I graduated Class of 1993 with Julie at Riverside. I remember watching her ride at the Lake County Fairgrounds and thinking how effortless she made it look. She inspired me as an athlete and a runner, but more so with her personality - always true to herself and kind to others. My thoughts and prayers go out to her entire family.

To Jim, Ellen and all of Julie's precious family. We are deeply saddened about Julie's passing and your loss. We were County employees over 30 years and had the pleasure of knowing Julie at security check points at the Courthouse and knew she was a dedicated officer in many respects. She was always approachable, willing to help and ready with a friendly smile.
