Dr. Mike, Sending prayers your way on the loss of your wife. You were such an important part of our lives being Preston and Conner's doctor. You made such a difference in our lives and it sounds as though your beautiful wife did in countless other lives as well. Will keep you and your family in our prayers. Meindertsma family my deepest condolences. Julie was one of the first Triage Nurses I met when I started at FHPA. My very first day she had brought in some smoked fish and happen to have extra and sent it home with me, even though she just met me. That generosity and kindness never wavered in the last 8 years that I had the pleasure of working with her. Her memory will stay forever in my heart ❤

May God´s healing presence be with Dr Mike and his family. Dr Mike sat with us for hours on a Sunday afternoon when our youngest daughter was fighting for her life with meningitis, his love and support has never been forgotten. Maybe and his family feeling the love and prayers for all of his patients families and friends.
