As I was looking up Julie since I haven't heard from her in a few years with a Christmas card, and wondering how the family has been , I am Deeply saddened to see she has passed away!!! I worked with her and Barry and Felis and Doris and Kay at Amanda's Fine Gifts and she was always a special person to me! I remember Dallas as a baby! And getting yearly updates on the boys! Jules, we met when we were 14 or so at Horace Mann. Managed to stay in each other's lives before cell phones, social media, etc. You were always one of my essential people when I made it home to SA. Julie was a tremendous friend and confidant to my mother, Felis Padron. Jeff, we are all deeply saddened by Julie's passing. Julie "took care" of our mother and Felis loved her like a daughter. May God bless your family during this most difficult time.

Julianne, as she is known to family, was a vibrant, fun-loving, caring person. She only shared love and kindness throughout her life. She improved the lives of those around her and left a wake of goodness and compassion. Anyone of us who knew her was blessed!

I met Julie only once at Burton and Gloria's wedding. She was lovely! We disco danced. My sincere condolences to your families. She was a fine, fine human being and the world is worse for her absence in it.
