Julie was born on October 20, 1949 and passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2019. Julie was a resident of West Chester, Iowa at the time of passing. She graduated from Keota High School in 1967 and attended cosmetology school in Davenport. Celebration of life services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, June 6, 2019 at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington, Iowa where the family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday. Interment will be private.
