Julienne Lee "Julie" Fahnestock

Dear Larry and family, Julie was a great teacher when I was training as a family medicine resident in Harrisburg Hospital, and at the Mechanicsburg Family Practice office. I chose her as my physician because of her vast knowledge and empathy and she did not hesitate to make a prescription that my counselor recommended. I'm still saddened with the passing of Dr. Fahnestock. She had been my doctor for many years and was so very loving and caring. I will forever remember her and all the ways she helped me medically. RIP Sweet Angel

Heartfelt condolences--Dr. Fahnestock was a good doctor and a very lovely person. As a patient I always appreciated the time she took and how she listened without any judgment or condescension. I know she will be greatly missed by many people both personally and professionally.

In early 2013, Dr. Fahnestock became my physician and got me back on the right path to good health. She listened, she cared and I knew that I was in great hands. The goal she set for me in each appointment was to improve life. Through her spirit, hard work, research and excellence in medicine she improved mine.
