Not sure what to say?

A beautiful human being. I remember Dean San Jose, Julio, well. His re-design of the interior space of NYIT's Education Hall and its small art and architecture library accommodated me, an instructor, gracefully, solving a space crunch in the English Department and providing a convenient venue for researching my content area, Writing for the Arts & Architecture. I agree absolutely with others who found him scholarly, quiet, caring, elegant and welcoming. His talent and personality made him...

Julio is remembered and he will be missed. I am glad to have known him back in the 1970's as Associate/acting dean of architecture at Syracuse. I admired his amazing drawings. I felt...

I was a graduate student with Julio M San Jose in urban design. He made my studies in Urban Design at Syracuse. I have been looking for him to tell him that. I am sorry he is gone.

I was a student at New York Institute of Technology when Dr San Jose was the dean. He was always an inspiring man. Elegant, quiet, and caring. A wonderful artist. He always tried to light a fire under the students. It was a pleasure knowing him.
