Julius was my friend and my mentor. He was a superb plantsman, horticulturist, biologist, and naturalist. His inquisitive mind and guiding spirit will be eternally missed. My sincere condolences to the Boos family and friends.

Dear Boos Family,
Please accept my deepest sympathies to your family. Julius was not only my friend but my "Brother". I had the honor of working with Julius at Vila. I loved his stories of traveling around the world, of his beautiful homeland, and his beautiful family. May he rest in peace tending all the flowers in heaven.

Dear Susan and Hans, please accept the deepest sympathies upon the death of your husband and brother Julius from myself and Julius' aunt, Aunty Marjorie Henry-Pierre. May he rest in peace, and, God willing, we'll all meet again one day in His presence.

Susie, Hans, Steven,

Please accept my sympathy at the loss of your dear husband, brother and friend, our dear Julius. May his soul rest in peace.

I was honored to be Julius's friend. My sympathy to Susan, Hans, Steven, Tama, his extended family, and his many friends.
