Julius William Kish, 94, of Palm Coast, FL passed away peacefully on May 21, 2025 at AdventHealth Stuart F. Meyer Hospice in Palm Coast. Julius was born July 9, 1930 in Norwalk, CT. He served in the US Navy as an Aviation Structural Mechanic stationed in Memphis, TN and worked for the US Postal Service as Manager of Retail Sales and Services from the Stamford, CT Post Office.
Julius fully enjoyed his retirement years with Eleanor, his beloved wife of 70 years. They moved from Norwalk to Hendersonville, NC and then to Palm Coast. Julius cherished time with his family. He took great pleasure in cruises and puttering in his yard and at his workbench, where he would create or fix whatever he set his mind to. Julius is survived by his children, Rose Castagna, Stella Frank, Julius Kish Jr., Frank Kish (Monica), Michael Kish (Marilyn) and Louis Kish, 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Julius was preceded in death by his wife Eleanor, parents Julius and Rosa Kish, brother Thomas Kish, granddaughter Sarah Kish and son-in-law Michael Castagna. Julius will be laid to rest at Cape Canaveral Naval Cemetery.
