Julius William Wilkerson

May Julius rest in Peace! I have a lot of good memories of Julius! He motivated me to get my degree late in my life. I received my Bachelors degree from Portland State University. He was very analytical and extremely interesting to talk too. I think he encouraged and inspired many young basketball players to continue playing in college.

Julius frequented the library where I work, and it was also a pleasure to see him. What a kind man. May his memory be eternal.

I just discovered that Julius had passed away. I knew Julius for years (I'd see him at my work), and he was an AMAZING person, and I will miss him very much. All good thoughts to his daughter and family.

I was saddened to hear of Julius´ passing. He was a very kind and gentle man. I feel honored to have known him as a friend. May his family be comforted by his warm memories and great smile.

Dear family, I was saddened to hear this morning from my brother that Bill had passed out in Oregon. I played basketball and football with him in high school. He was a gentle giant and we always got along well. Haven’t seen him again until our 25th high school reunion where he introduced us to his wife and new baby girl.
