Happy Heavenly Birthday, Lil Brother. I know you´re always watching over me, and I´m forever grateful for your presence. I just returned from an ancestral retreat in Gabon, the land of my mother´s lineage, and it has brought me deep healing with my PTSD. I´m retired now and living in Pattaya, Thailand, with my wife and our two kids. At 63, I can truly say I´m living my best life. You remain forever in my heart and soul, my Brother. I love you always. 1LOVE.

Julie´s, it´s been a while since I last wrote you. Thank you for showing up at my last two sessions-it meant a lot. I´ve been retired since leaving Afghanistan and have settled in Thailand. I have a wonderful wife and a 4-year-old son who keeps me young at heart. I´ve finally found peace here; Thailand is an incredible place to live. You´re forever in my heart and soul, always with me, lil brother. 1LOVE
