As I'm sure you already know. Julius was a kind and friendly person. I worked with Julius some 15 years ago at Dept of Revenue, Tucker, Ga.
I can still recall the laughter, the kind words, and professional demeanor of Julius. I wish you great strength as you say goodbye to your loved one. Just remember God never fails, He'll make it alright.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Wynn in the Morrow r/o. I remember he loved to fish. He will be missed I'm sure.
