June was such a caring and loving person and always welcoming to myself and will be missed as well as remembered with love.

We'll always appreciate the privilege of having known June Bennett over several decades, with her never-ending cheerful demeanor and abundantly positive outlook. She took full advantage of a wonderful life.

I think of your mom Bruce and when I do I remember ( although I think I´m quoting her but be off a little ) her answering the phone : Aurora Aviation, June Speaking. And always being at the counter when I came into pick up a plane or return one I was renting. Before calling for weather June would look at the hills by Newberg and if the top was visible would tell me it´s VFR 1200´. I'm so sorry for the loss of your sweet Mother! I only met her a couple of times and I will remember her fondly.

I loved hearing about the joyful life that she led and may you all have peace at this difficult time. Although most of my memories are of June when I was 10,11and 12 ,13 as Jan´s friend. I remember seeing her in the library a lot reading and I remember seeing her in the kitchen cooking and she was always very friendly .I have been fortunate to have Jan as a friend for 50 years .
