Dear Family: Chipper as I knew her was my counselor at the Springfield Girl´s Club Camp in Brimfield, Ma. Before she married Ray, she invited a few of us to her apartment in Springfield to show us her wedding gown. Years later I ran into her at Steiger´s Dept store in Springfield, Ma where she was the store´s Ad´s illustrator. Her husband Ray was a friend of the Gallagher Family.
