Mrs. C was a second Mom to my siblings and me. She was our mother's best friend and my father and Mr. C were Navy buddies. The Canning children and my siblings and I grew up together and I cherish the life long memories that we have shared over the years. She was a special woman who always had a smile and treated us just like her own. We loved her dearly and she will live in our memories for ever.
