Not sure what to say?

Grandma came to our hom for Ruth's wedding in 2005. One evening we had another family over and they brought their guitars to sing for mom. After singing several old western songs they tried to sing an old hymn; Abide with me. After a halting start; they realized no one remembered the words; when my mom began singing LOUDLY all four stanzas of the hymn! We all sat in wonder as my usually quiet mom took center stage! As she sang; she seemed to be singing from her heart....
ABIDE...

No one ever really dies. No one ever has died in history, In the end death is not death at all, Only a memorie. She will forever be a memorie of mine.

Memories of my youth.
Flood over my soul.
When I think of Grandma.
They make me feel whole.
Gathering at her Rig.
With all the family there.
We made lots of memories.
For all of us to share.

Lessons that she taught me.
Guide me thru the day.
If I listened closely.
I cannot go astray.
Love and commitment.
She drilled into me.
Making the person that I am.
Just who I want to be.

Grandma has many names.
Each one has their chosen.
But...

Grandma we will miss you

I was truly saddened to read of June's death but know that she led a very full and wonderful life. She taught me so much with her quiet wisdom! I cherish those days at the Concrete Herald. She had a lot of love to give and her family was very blessed. What a great woman!! My prayers are with you all.

I was saddened to read about the loss of your beloved mother and grandmother, June. She was certainly a quietly special and kind lady. June was the epitome of grace and class. I feel very priveleged to have met such a wonderful person.
Love to all the family.

Sandy and Karen,
My thoughts are with you. Kathy emailed me after Karen stopped by on her way home.

June was a wonderful wife for my brother Bob. They were only married about 15 years, because of Bob's early demise, but it was a great union for them both.

I was privileged to work with them a little on the Concrete Herald a couple times, so that was good, too.

May they both rest in peace with our Lord Jesus. And our deepest condolences to all the family.

Great Grandma,

You were the only great granmda I ever had. I remember all those summers when I would stay at Thousand Trails with you. We would do arts and crafts, go swimming, play mini golf, pick berries (in which you would make jam and I would mash mine), play skip-bo, watch Annie, and the list goes on and on. The last time I saw you you gave me a log that my dad would'nt let me take home because I would take home rocks and logs everyday. I still have that log at home. I love...
