June Fields, 95 of Rogersville, TN went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at Signature Health care. She was the daughter of the late Nathaniel and Media Long Massengill. Other than her parents, June was preceded in death by her husband, Millard R. Fields; three brothers, Ira Massengill, Bill Massengill and Jack Massengill; special brother-in-law, Albert Walden.

June is survived by a daughter, Joyce Fields, (Raymond); grandchildren, Karen Cooper (Brian) and Kevin Fields (Dawn); great grandchildren, Kendra Fields, Natlie Fields, Rylee Cooper and Bradley Cooper; sister, Leona Walden; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 10 – 11 AM Thursday, February 15, 2024 at Colonial Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at McKinney Carter Cemetery in the Fraley Town Community with Otis Bowen officiating.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Signature Health Care and Caris Health.

I'm so sorry for your loss , I love June , my 2nd cousin but seemed like a Great Aunt . I have such wonderful memories of my mother speaking of how special you were to her . Growing up and she once getting to ride a train to come visit you and your sister and brothers . I know you are with your loved ones that have gone on before you . Knowing this gives me comfort knowing you June and my mom and family members are together again . I love you pretty lady, I love your loved ones left behind...
