To June's Family,
I loved your mom. She was funny and hard working. One students remarked one time that she had never been in a school where the principal went around picking up papers from the floor and the custodian lady made the kids behave. She always had the teachers' back. God bless her and may your memories of your mother be a source of comfort. I was gone at the time of June's visitation and funeral, or I would have come to pay my respects.

Farewell, Aunt June. I will miss you. I know you are reuniting with mom, dad and your handsome husband of 61 yrs. I'll always remember the Thursday suppers of chicken and mashed potatoes with Grandpa Koopmans when I was a child. Thank you for inviting me to sit at your table.
