Not sure what to say?

The world will miss June. She was a fireball at school and held kids accountable. A student once asked, "Why is the principal always picking up trash in the hall and Mrs. Koopmans makes the kids behave?" I am so sorry for your loss. She was a great woman. I will hold you in my prayers.

To Koopmans family, my sincere sympathy to all of you. It was a joy to know your mom & dad after I joined the Longfellow family. They both were such happy & fun people to be around. May God bless you all with strength & the Holy Spirit comfort you in the weeks & months ahead. Love & prayers, Nancy Longfellow

To June's Family,
I loved your mom. She was funny and hard working. One students remarked one time that she had never been in a school where the principal went around picking up papers from the floor and the custodian lady made the kids behave. She always had the teachers' back. God bless her and may your memories of your mother be a source of comfort. I was gone at the time of June's visitation and funeral, or I would have come to pay my respects.

So sorry Kevin and Barb for the loss of your mom. I would love to have come to the funeral home to express my sympathies in person but am in Florida. I will pray for God to give you the strength you need at this time.

I really loved seeing Mrs. Koopmans at school every day - she was a dear lunch lady! I am sorry for your loss, Jeff and Kim.

Our deepest sympathies to the entire family.

So sorry to hear of the passing of June. There are so many good memories of her living behind her growing up and at the cottage. May her love and laughter live on in all the memories that were made with everyone. God Bless!

Farewell, Aunt June. I will miss you. I know you are reuniting with mom, dad and your handsome husband of 61 yrs. I'll always remember the Thursday suppers of chicken and mashed potatoes with Grandpa Koopmans when I was a child. Thank you for inviting me to sit at your table. And, thank you for allowing me to skip the peas. Your laughter will be missed at our gatherings and I'm sure we will speak of you often. Until we meet again. Marcia

So sorry about your mom's passing.
