Junior Riggs Junior Kyle Riggs, 70 of Salem formerly of Fairmont passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 ay Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. He was born in Fairview on July 1, 1945 a son of the late Junior and Gladys (Roll) Riggs. He is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Mary Lou (Hickman) Riggs. Junior proudly served his country in the United States Army. He worked for Monongahela Power Company as an electrician for over 20 years. He retired in July, 2015 from Mon Valley Integration. He enjoyed playing golf at several of the local Golf Courses. He also coached Little League Baseball. He most enjoyed spending with his family especially his grandchildren. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Richard Kyle Riggs of Fairmont and Joseph Edward Riggs and his Fiancé Shauna of Fairmont; his daughter, Donna Lee Sierra and her husband Felix of Boynton Beach, Florida; six very especially grandchildren, Josh Riggs, Rylynd Riggs, Danielle Sierra, Dianna Sierra, Alexandra Sierra and Joey Riggs. Also surviving are two brothers, Don Riggs of Morgantown and Larry Riggs and his wife Donna of Fairview; two sisters, Betty Yost of Fairview and Barbara Jean Riggs of Ohio along with several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Junior was preceded in death by a brother, Bob Riggs; a sister, Thelma Riggs and a brother-in-law, Jim Yost. Friends and family may call at the Carpenter and Ford Funeral Home on Sunday from 1pm to 8pm and on Monday Noon to 2pm. The funeral service will be at 2pm on Monday, November 16, 2015 at the funeral home with Pastor Randy Vincent officiating. Interment services will follow at the Shinnston Memorial Cemetery.
