Justin was born on October 3, 1987 and passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2015. Justin was a resident of Effort, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing. A Celebration of life and prayer service will be held 3:00 PM Saturday, July 11th at Gower Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Route 209, Gilbert.
