Progressed to the flower shop on the corner Robert troop employed me , Justin was the best ever boss and would come down and say what have you sold today .How incredible to get a christmas bonus he always praised your work .buying trips to birmingham trade fair being told off for putting milk in the flask of tea . meeting Maggie Thatcher on the steps of the J de B Flower shop being...

Many fond memories of Justin. Wonderful family friend. A lot of style, energy and intelligence. At this time of year, on Christmas Eve, he used to stop by, making his rounds of his friends. A gleam in his eye.

Dear Justin. The kindest man and dear friend of my parents. I grew up loving the ideas for food and design around his Elizabeth St shop days.

A pioneer in his vision of good food and wonderful recipes and treats. I only admired him i did not know him but his food influences have been a great inspiration over 40 years in airline catering with BCAL British Airways and now Emirates. He will be remembered.
