I met Justin in 1980 taking the bus from the parking lot near Pimlico to downtown where we both worked. He went to Lehigh and I went to Lafayette. We had a great rapport. Not long ago I heard from Elaine Berg that Justin had passed. I wish I had a chance to see him before he left us. He was a great person.

If you looked in the dictionary for a definition of "gentleman and scholar," the Honorable Justin King would be pictured there. I met Judge King, who was an attorney in the Baltimore City Solicitor's Office, over twenty years ago, when I look a position in the Land Use Division. He was always the epitome of professionalism.
