Not sure what to say?

Hello,

We apologize for being so late in expressing our deepest condolences to you and your family. We want you to know that we will be sending Care Packages to deployed troops this week and several of these will be dedicated to your loved one. Each package will carry the name, photo, service branch, rank and hometown of Justin M. Hansen US Marine Sergeant.

We realize that this is a small tribute, but we do this with all respect and sincerity and we want you to know...

In memory & honor of Sgt Justin Hansen on the first anniversary of his passing. We will always be indebted to him.

R.I.P. BROTHER. NEVER FORGOTTEN! OUR CONDOLENCES TO YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Justin joined us at Camp Rilea Oregon to help develop and assess new mobility technology in order to ensure his fellow warfighters were successful and safe. I remember him as patient, insightful and always forging ahead. He cared. He helped. He was a Marine. We will always carry his memory and strive to achieve what he helped advance. God be with the Hansen family.

I am a Traverse City native and a retired Marine. I want to extend my deepest sympathy to Justin's family for the loss of a truly all American young man and a stellar Marine. Sgt. Hansen clearly had the support of loving family and friends as he went "downrange" to serve our Nation. My family and I are grateful for his service and your family's sacrifice. Joe Rossi, LtCol., USMCR (Ret.)

Vickie and Rickie-

I am so sorry for the loss of your cherished son. And while I cannot begin to know your pain, please know Justin touched all of our lives and left a lasting imprint. My heart is broken, as I feel like I've lost a son. I will forever cherish my memories of Justin.

Justin was a good kid (okay well sometimes;) but he was an outstanding Marine. I thank you both for raising such a fine young man. You both should be proud of Justin for his many...
