Justin and I were neighbors and childhood friends. We both attended P.S. 163, played stickball and touch- football on 181sr Street, Flushing, Queens, N.Y., and stayed connected. Justin said, "like the U.S. and Canada, we were neighbors by geography, and friends by choice". I miss him.
