Karen, I was so sorry to read about your loss in the Sac. Bee yesterday. I did not know your dad very well, however Your mom and mine were good friends stemming from working together on the new church in Live Oak. Your mom spoke often of your father and the ranch and how hard he worked. I lost my dad in 1979, far to soon. I still feel the tremendous void in my life, but find thinking and talking of him brings joy and comfort to my heart. These are memories that no one can take from you....
