Justine was born on January 22, 1929 and passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2019. Mrs. Osteen was a lifelong Nashville resident who was a graduate of North High School.
Fantastic memories of living on the lake with our neighbors, Justine and Jim Osteen. She was such a beautiful lady. My mother would often reminisce about our years living in Hendersonville. Deepest condolences to the family
