Not sure what to say?

I was looking at some old paperwork today and found our ivf paperwork. Thank you Dr katayama and staff for our beautiful daughter is now a lawyer and doing extremely well. You were honest, kind and compassionate and helped us through one of the saddest and happiest times of our lives. I am eternally grateful to you for my daughter.

Today, I am feeling nostalgic. I wanted to thank Dr. Katayama even though he is no longer here that his legacy can live on. He helped us get pregnant with our son, who tomorrow will be graduating from UW Madison in BioMedical Engineering. Our son, took the MCAT and now is applying to medical school after a gap year and to earn money to go to med school:) We were blessed to know Dr. Katayama.

May Dr Katayama rest in peace we are so grateful and blessed with our son Erich now 13 years old. Thank you Dr Katayama you will be in our hearts forever for the miracle of our our beautiful son from frozen embryo.

Dr. Katayama made it possible for my husband i to have a wonderful daughter who is now 48. He was in Baltimore at Union Memorial at the time. We will be forever grateful for his medical expertise and his kind, gentle manner.

Forever grateful! Thank you! Stanfield Family

This leader performed a tubal ligation reversal in 1979 allowing us to have 3 wonderful children together for which we will always be thankful to him. He will be always remembered, with love!
Our sympathy to the family thank you for sharing! I'm sure you all made sacrifices so all of us could be happy with families of our own! His family meant everything to him that's what motivated him to ensure we all also could have one!

I still talk about you, how grateful I am with the Lord and you. Rest in Peace, my dear doctor.
