K. Lois Durbin

Was sad to read Lois had passed away, I had worked with her at the Convention & Visitors Bureau for many years and enjoyed working with her, She was lucky to have family who took such good care of her. That was a great picture of her and a very nice article.

Growing up, I heard wonderful stories about Lois from my stepmother, Virginia Callis. When we vacationed in San Diego and were able to meet and enjoy Lois, we were amazed by her spark for life and wonderful sense of humor. It was with great sadness that I read this morning's obituary. Lois was an inspiration to me and I will miss her.

Lois was a grand lady,always enjoyed working with her. Sorry I didn't get to talk to her more often.
