I had the pleasure of teaching Kacey at least two classes at Miles College, and my husband, Marcus Maples worked with him on the Mock Trial Team while he was at Miles. Kacey always had a smile and made us laugh when we saw him. He was smart, kind and ambitious. He was such a bright light and we are so sorry that he has left this earth so young. Our condolences, prayers and love to his family.

Kacey Webb:
The epitome of the Miles College mantra: Culture, Class, and Civility.
The Miles College community, and this president will miss my Alumnus Scholar.
As intimated by Shakespeare, Hamlet, Prince of Denmark, Act 5, Scene 2.
As Horatio bids farewell to his friend Hamlet in death: "Now cracks a noble heart. Good night sweet prince. Flights of angels sing thee to thy rest."
Good night Prince Kasey. We will see you in the morning.

To the Webb family, friends and loved ones, I am deeply sorry for your loss. Kacey was a respectable gentleman that I am so delighted that I was able to meet. He and I met a month ago however, it felt like I knew him for years. That just goes to show how wonderful of a person he was and how welcomed he made you feel. Cherish the everlasting memories. Push on. Hold your heads high and make Kacey proud. <3
