Kaden "K-Whit" Whitney

Was so sad to read this. I have a 20 year old son and he had a younger 17 year old brother Jonathon who just 20 weeks ago died in his sleep. Just 8 weeks short of his 18th birthday. I still cant believe that he could just go to bed and never wake up. His autopsy showed that he died from Natural causes. They think it was his heart but are doing further genetic testing. Kaden was one of my best friends when I lived in Centerfield. He was so sweet, caring, and funny. He put a smile on everyone's face. I know he is up in heaven making everyone laugh and smile.

I never met him in person, but I sure talked to him. And you know what? I dint have to actually meet him to know he was an awesome guy.

Elder Whitney was my son's zone leader in Mississippi. He appreciated all that Elder Whitney did and we are thankful for him. May his family be blessed and comforted.

Elder Whitney truly left his mark in Mississippi. One can not think of him and not see his smile. My families thoughts and prayers go out to those close to him. We look forward to seeing our brother again someday.

Prayers for comfort for the Whitney family. I knew him as a missionary in my branch. I knew him only a short time, but his impact on my life is unmeasurable. To his parents especially, love from Mississippi.
