Mahoghany, you're my granddaughter,and I love you and grieve with you at our loss. But you can smile because he lived, and you can open your eyes and see all that he has left. You can be full of the love that you shared, you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday. And you can cherish his memory and let it live on. Kamari, you were not an ordinary baby but a precious jewel. You brought the gifts of laughter, love and joy to all who knew you. I heard that people would come by your room at the day care just to see you smile. When people looked at you and you smiled at them you turned what was just another day into a happy experience. You will be missed.

We haven't really talked or enjoyed too many traditional, good times since our early teen days at Holy Trinity. But I wanted to at least be there to express my sympathy and show my support. I'm so sorry for your loss. I honestly didn't know Mahogany or baby Kamari personally but my heart goes out to Mahogany too. I hope that with time both your hearts will heal and that the days and nights will get easier. My condolences to you and your entire family. Keep in touch.
