Kanika is a former coworker. She was in another department, so we didn't know each other too closely. That said, I couldn't imagine a better colleague. She consistently stayed late to get the job done; she was professional and kind in every interaction I had with her over a 2+ year period. Never complained and had a sense of humor. I am deeply saddened to hear of Kanika's passing. She guided me to become a better pharmacist-to-be during the last summer, and I learned so much from the internship experience under her guidance. I will not forget your sincere support. Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
