I was a friend and co- worker with Kara's "Nanny" at Watkins Student Health and watched Kara grow up. Condolences to Pat and family.

My deepest condolences for the family. I was a good friend of "Nanny" and heard many stories through the years. She loved her so much!

Kara was one of my most favorite souls in this whole world. She was a brazenly fierce fire that was a refreshing force of good in my life as one of my closest friends! I am not sure what I will do without her advice, her laugh or her sense of adventure, but I do know that being a part of her life was a gift to mine!
