Not sure what to say?

What an amazing life and contribution to society in general. Rest in peace, Karel. Beth Mac Donell Grady Marywood '65.

My name is Fr. Pat Cawley and by chance I read Karel Rogers's obit. I did not know her but do know her brother, Nick. I think of a line from Mary Oliver's poem, 'The Summer Day', "Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?" Karel certainly knew what to do. Karel truly "ran the race, fought the fight and kept the faith all the way". She was 'rarer than radium' and God's delight shared with "all creatures great and small". Thank you God for blessing us with...

My sincere sympathies to Karen´s extended family. My thoughts are with her husband John as he journeys on without her. They seemed to be a perfect compliment to each other. I am sure she will be dearly missed by so many.

I never met Karel Rogers, but after reading her obit, I find so much to admire. She had great accomplishments in so many ways in making this world a much better place. She was passionate about helping. What a fine woman! Family and friends and pets have to be missing her terribly. You all have my sympathy. Judy Longcore Marywood Girl
