Karen Kirks Alexander

I used to get up to date on Salisbury's issues and walk with Karen when she was walking her dog on S. Fulton St. in the evenings. Karen was so easy to speak with and would offer any help she could. I miss her so much, and I don't understand why our universe works like it does. John 14-12.

Mayor Alexander was a beacon of light and was always willing to assist in any capacity. She was a great leader and amazing person who will be truly missed. She has left an everlasting impact on the City she served and those she met.

My thoughts and prayers for family and friends. I Met Karen as a salesman for my company West Window and worked with her on several projects.She encouraged me when I ran and was elected for two terms for city council in King,N.C. She also encouraged me when I ran and was elected to Mayor of the city of King,N.C. Every time I was in her presence at different events she was always gracious and supportive and such a ray of sunshine. She will be greatly missed. Our loss is definitely Heavens gain.
