Not sure what to say?

Mark, we would like to express our heart felt sympathy on Karen's passing. She was a joyful person to be around ,always had a smile, and her laugh was infecious... a bright star who will be missed..

We were very sad to hear of your loss. Both my wife and I worked with Karen in the office at Massey Ferguson. She was always such a sweetheart. Please accept our deepest sympathies.
