Not sure what to say?

My family is very sorry to hear about Karen's passing. We have many great memories attending events at Kettle Creek for kids and the maple sugaring events. She had a passion and love for what she did and it showed. My prayers for her loved ones.

Just me, Sweetheart❤

Karen was very special to work with in the Kettle Creek programs. Her love of children was always most evident. She will be greatly missed.

Karen was wonderful. I have only the best memories of her, starting back when our boys went to Kettle Creek for kids and later at Ramsey when she brought nature into the classroom, and remembered the kids from Kettle Creek. We all felt special and lucky, and we never lost that feeling of wonderment on subsequent grownup nature walks.
Karen's death is a terrible loss to our community. Much love to Leslie and her surviving family.

Karen was a one-of-a-kind human. She had a big smile and an even bigger heart. No one, absolutely no one, has eyes that twinkle like hers did. We miss you, dear sweet Karen, and know that you will ALWAYS be in our hearts. In that way, you will never really be gone. ❤

So greatly saddened to hear of Karen's passing. She was a truly
remarkable person. Both of my children participated in programs taught by Karen and we all loved and adored her. Our loss is the Lord's gain!
Our sympathies and love to her family and friends,
Karen, Michelle, and Vincent Quattrocchi

We are shocked and truly saddened by the loss of this amazing person! She was smart, funny, warm, loving and a true nature lover. We learned so much from her and she will be sorely missed! Our most sincere condolences to her family and all her loved ones......cheryl & mark feder

Karen is the face I most associate with the environmental education at Kettle Creek. Karen was a personable, enthusiastic educator and spread her dedication, respect, love and AWE of our natural world to thousands of kids in the Pocono Mountain School District, where I reside, as well as the other districts in the county. Teachers' workshops I attended were often led by Karen, where it was obvious this kind and serious naturalist "knew her stuff," and wanted her class to succeed and go out...

Leslie
