Karen Cortez

I am very sorry to hear of the passing of Karen's passing. I knew Karen having been married to her beautiful and loving daughter, Angie. We met a few times in Jackson while we watched Angie play softball for Greystone Tavern. I was just thinking of the two of them the other day after having seen the beautiful spring flowers pop-up. I remember Karen's laugh and smile even though we only met a few times. I wish the family peace and happiness always. - Mike Bradford

My deepest condolences to all of the family. Cookie was a sweet person. Her kindness to people and animals, and passion for music, are what I'll remember most about her. I'll miss her always, but she will forever be in my heart.
