Not sure what to say?

Karen was a wonderful woman, who I knew the past 7 years or so. I will miss the emails we exchanged every so often, and will remember her fondly the rest of my life. I am very sorry to hear of her passing. She will be missed.

Fatma and I are very saddened with the loss of Dr. Karen Devassy. We have known her and her late husband over
many years through CCSU and education services to India. She has accomplished a lot in her life and her family that all of us are proud of it. Our deep sympathy to her children and the rest of the family. May god bless her soul. Fatma&Ali Antar

I met Karen shortly after opening a physical therapy clinic in Granby, CT.
As we were both in the medical field, we found we had a lot in common and frequently had dinner together to share not only medical knowledge
and concerns of the world. Eventually, we also came to know our respective families. My husband and I send heartfelt sympathy and love to Raman, Mariamma and Joshy. At this time many memories are coming to the fore of the times we shared. I am deeply saddened to lose...

I never met your mom, but as a neighbor, I had heard of the woman who became a doctor at age 40. It was an inspiration and a reminder for those of us who might want to pursue a dream at that age, that it’s never too late. Thank you for sharing your mom’s beautiful story. You must be proud and ever so grateful to have had such a remarkable woman as your mother. May her memory bring you smiles and warm your hearts always. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Karen was a wonderful doctor, always so kind and caring. Her lovely obituary told her incredible life story - such an inspiring journey.

She sounded like an amazing woman as well as an outstanding doctor. May she R.I.P.

Karen shared a special connection with my Mother & Grandmother. After her husband died, Karen was often a visitor in our home. She would stopped by on her way home from work. Our family has many found memories of her visits. We are blessed to have had the chance to banter about faith, family, life, & work. Rest in Peace, Karen.
