Dear Tom, I am so saddened by the news of Karen. Karen was so special. I recall her calling me from her banking job to tell me about a condo unit coming up at 680 Due to a bankruptcy, her helping my bonus kids with career guidance and the both of you dressing up for Halloween at 680 LSD. Karen was a shining star - she will always be looking over your shoulder.

My heartfelt prayers and hugs are with you and your family. Karen was beyond an amazing person! I hope the cherished and wonderful memories of her bring you peace and comfort.
