Karen A. Folis

John and boys, My deepest sympathy on the loss of Karen. I loved working with her in Hamilton and sharing the joy of being elementary principals together. She was always there for encouragement and advice. I just learned of her passing today and a piece of my heart goes with her. I will always remember her as a great lady, a phenomenal educator and a relentless child advocate. May your sweet memories give you peace and comfort.

My condolences to the family. I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Folis when my son attended Yardville School. She was an accomplished professional and was friendly and upbeat.

John, I just learned of Karen's passing. Karen was such a great, teacher, counselor, and principal. She was devoted to you, her children, and her family and friends. We all go back to where it all started at Reynolds. Those memories will last forever. Please accept my deepest condolences.

Karen and I were hired on the same day over fifty years ago at Reynolds Jr. High. Her personal qualities and professional work ethic are a lasting memory. Through the years we occasionally crossed professional paths and reflected on our early career days as teachers. Karen remained a strong guiding force for all who knew her. My condolences go to John and family.

Sorry to learn of passing of Mrs Folis. My sincere condolences to her family. I knew her through my job as a school bus driver, Mr. John Rte YA 11, some years ago. Always the professional and also a very nice personality. May she Rest In Peace!

If there ever would be a Hall of Fame in Hamilton for elementary school principals - Karen Folis would be the first inductee.
