I worked with Karen at St E many years ago. She was such an amazing nurse and wonderful role model for this new nurse. Always kind, professional and willing to do and teach anything. Nursing has lost an amazing caregiver. I know she has molded many, many new nurses in her image and has made our profession better for it. My sincere sympathies.
